To assist companies in meeting specific objectives and to solve organizational issues, Pi provides a facilitated process.This process helps manage the solution process by gaining support and expertise for implementing solutions and evaluating results.Our process engages organizational leaders responsible for guiding solutions to corporate or company problem areas.
The process begins with the formation of a three- five person committee of organizational decision makers with authority for defining issues, needs and problems, developing solutions to problem areas and implementing specific changes to meet objectives.
This leadership group works with a facilitator and with technical experts to guide the solution process from defining goals, identifying problem areas, agreeing on the solution process and the implementation and evaluation of the solution phases.They are active in:
Defining the organizational needs and problem areas.
Overseeing the gathering of specific facts and details of needs and problem areas.
Presenting facts and their implications to specific organizational units responsible for meeting organizational needs and solving specific problem areas.
Gaining cooperation and “buy in” of the target organizational units to the problem solving process and agreement to follow specific tasks in the problem definition and data gathering phases.
Gathering data and analysis of problem areas by experts.
Offering the findings and proposed solutions to problem areas by experts to leadership group and gaining their input and their suggestions on key issues.
Meeting with the leadership group and specific organizational units for their input and to gain a consensus of the solution process offered by the experts including specific task performance and accountability.
Implementing solution process under the guidance of the technical experts and the specific organizational units with oversight responsibility of the leadership group.
Training and educating representatives of specific organizational units concerning any task and process changes required for effective solutions.
Reviewing the results of the solutions and planning and implementing any adjustments required to reach optimal results.
